Property Tour Orders
Property Tours are a great way of highlighting and displaying a property's features. Be creative in the photos you provide and send as many as possible. If you want to mention the local parks and cafe districts, please include photos. If you have a library of locality shots from your local area, please supply so that we can use them in this and subsequent Tours. Please note prices quoted below are for photos used in the final Tour and not the number of shots you send. The more photos we can choose from, the better the Tour.
Photo specifications
Please don't send in your high resolution photos straight from the camera. Send us the ones that you would send to Domain or realestate.com.au. The photos you use must be in .gif or jpeg file format. They should be no larger than 100K each, and preferred sizes are 600 pixels wide for landscape and 600 pixels high for portrait. There is a 2 Megabyte limit when uploading photos.
Property Tours shall
use its best endeavours to deliver your order within three working days after the
order is received.
Property Tours shall retain ownership of the Tour/s until such time as full
payment has been received.
Payment Conditions: Payment shall be within 14 days of receiving a Property
Tours invoice.
Property Tours reserves the right to use Tour/s in the promotion of its product
unless specifically directed to the contrary.
Property Tours will take all reasonable steps to deliver the order.
Liability for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of the order not
being fulfilled shall be limited to the cost of the specific individual
product or service.
The purchaser agrees to inspect the Tour/s, services and or products and
notify Property Tours of any defects within 5 working days of the creation of
the Tour/s and or products and services, failing which Property Tours will
have no liability for any defects. The client will allow 2 working days to
remedy the defect or problem once Property Tours is notified in writing.
